Literally the best breakfast I've ever had. I got the southern chicken biscuits and gravy meal. Chicken was perfectly cooked and I'm still thinking about those homemade biscuits. I will dream about those biscuits. Those biscuits are the most amazing things I've ever had. The whole meal was perfect, very friendly staff. It's just a great place and the service is quick. They have a huge menu and they are open 24 hours so you can get some amazing food at any hour. This place is no joke. Best diner I've been to.

This is an amazing diner style restaurant. They have everything you could want, from breakfast to brunch, lunch, and dinner. We discovered this place from Guy's Diners, Drives, and Drive-ins. The pricing is great, and the service is always friendly and with a smile. This is a must see destination whenever we visit Chicago.

All my years in Chicago I've never gone to white palace, I was like okay 24 hr diner we get it. I randomly stumbled in and man, it was super on point. Just the quintessential diner experience. In and out but not rushed. Good service and the handled the crowds well. I definitely been sleep.

I didn't actually eat here! We just stopped in to use the restroom. The manager/owner was so kind. The rest of the staff was sweet, too. If their spirits are any indication of the food, then the food is bomb. Gonna have to come back and try it!

they have an m&m machine and you can go literally any time you want and there's and m&m machine too (the food was good????️)

Was walking down the street and found this place, decided to give it a chance and I’m so glad we did. Food was exceptional and the white toast was incredible ? I didn’t know they could make toast taste that good. I got the French toast and everything was delicious. Daisy was the sweetest and most helpful. We were hanging out for a little bit trying to figure out what to do for the day and she was so patient and kind. I don’t live in the city but anytime I’m back I’ll make sure to come here !!

Despite the busy intersection the place was very quiet and offered an intimate atmosphere. I was greeted and seated immediately and food was out very quickly. Chicken noodle soup was great and I'm not a soup person. Fries were perfectly crispy and great dipped in ranch and A1. A1 burger was pretty big but cooked perfectly. Very positive experience all round and will come back if I'm ever in Chicago again.

Nice whether alone, on a date or with family & friends. Alot of repeat customers so on certain days at certain time you might have to wait but I feel it's worth it depending on my mood & patience ????

Good day my Foodzies, recently Glenda and I visited the White Palace Grill on Roosevelt and Canal. This restaurant has been around since 1937, and it's open 24 Hours. When you walk in you are reminded of an old school diner with the red and white vinyl chairs and booths and a large counter complete with swivel stools also adorned with red vinyl. We received a warm welcome upon entering and were instructed to sit wherever we liked. We chose the back seating area so as to avoid the sun. This restaurant is riddled with Chicago nostalgia photos of sports figures, mayor Daley as well as numerous renderings of Chicago icon (Harry Carrey, Walter Payton, Michael Jordan, Mike Ditka and even Walt Disney) from floor to ceiling. The restaurant was clean and well kept, Our server was Edna she was very polite and accommodating. We both had wraps Glenda had the Southwest chicken and I chose the Philly cheesesteak both in a spinach wrap. Unfortunately they were both under seasoned. The highlight was the coleslaw and the crinkle fries. I give this restaurant 4 stars most because of the nostalgia. I recommend this restaurant as a Chicago experience. Try it out and let me know how you like it. Ciao Ciao for now.

Food is made quickly and portions are excellent, prices are reasonable and highly suggest any recommendations from Patrick (if you're lucky enough to get him as a waiter) Guy knows his stuff, excellent service and clean atmosphere. Absolutely will be back again.
